Position Title: Clinical Supervisor
Department: Program Development Department
Reports To: Senior Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will lead our Substance Use Treatment and Field-Based Services program, ensuring the highest quality of care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
In this role, you will provide clinical supervision to a team of substance use counselors, case managers, and outreach workers. You will collaborate with other agency departments to ensure seamless integration of services for clients. Additionally, you will develop and implement treatment plans, following evidence-based practices. Monitoring program outcomes and making necessary adjustments to improve client outcomes will be a key responsibility. Participation in agency-wide quality improvement initiatives and providing crisis intervention and support as needed are also part of this dynamic role. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Salary Range
$45 - $67.50 / Hour DOE

Minimum of one (1) year experience in evaluating and/or treating persons suffering from substance abuse and/or dual diagnosis. Prior supervisory experience.
